We roast every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday morning in our Deep Ellum roastery. Orders placed before noon ship the same day via USPS Priority Mail. Most Dallas addresses receive their coffee within 1–2 business days.

Absolutely. You can log into your account anytime to switch roasts, adjust delivery frequency (weekly, biweekly, or monthly), or skip a shipment. No fees, no hassle. Changes made before noon take effect on your next roast day.

We stand behind every batch. If a roast doesn't meet your expectations, contact us within 14 days and we'll replace it or issue a full refund — no questions asked. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Both! You can choose whole bean or select your preferred grind setting (French press, drip, pour-over, espresso) when you place your order. We grind fresh just before shipping to preserve maximum flavor.

No minimum commitment at all. You can start, pause, or cancel your subscription anytime from your account dashboard. There are no hidden fees or penalties. We believe great coffee should be stress-free.
